2010 Small Telecommunications Compensation & Benefits Survey Order Form (pdf)

Each year a Small Telecommunications Compensation & Benefits Survey is sponsored by the Foundation for Rural Education and Development (FRED) and the Organization for Promotion and Advancement of Small Telecommunications Companies (OPASTCO). The lead researcher is Dr. Robert Mathis of the University of Nebraska at Omaha. The 2010 Survey will include information on more than 72 jobs as well as a number of benefits areas. Companies returning survey questionnaires pay less for the survey reports than do firms which do not participate. All responses from the questionnaires are treated in a confidential manner. Survey Reports will be mailed in mid to late June to participating companies ordering them. Order forms for those not participating are also available.

The paper copies of the 2009 Small Telecommunications Compensation & Benefits Survey are sold out. CD copies of the survey are still available. Prices on the order form below have been adjusted to reflect this change.

2009 Telergee Survey
CoBank and FRED are pleased to offer the 2009 TELERGEE Benchmark Survey, which includes 2008 year-end financial data from over 200 rural Incumbent Local Exchange Carriers (ILECs) nationwide. All participants in the study are clients of TELERGEE member CPA firms. Each TELERGEE firm supplies the financial statements that go into producing the benchmarks presented in the study. The study presents four classifications of ILECs:

• Cooperatives on cost study
• Cooperatives on average schedule
• Corporations on cost study
• Corporations on average schedule
