Beginning with this Summer 2003 issue, the FRED Focus is a newsletter that is published twice a year. Prior to that time, it was a quarterly publication.
Beginning with the 2002 Annual Report, the programs and activities highlighted in the reports take place within a fiscal year. FRED's fiscal year runs from October 1st to September 30th.
Please note that the following publications are large files that may take some time to load. Fred is now making the Annual Reports exclusively available online. If you have any questions regarding the Annual Report for the past fiscal year, please contact FRED staff.
