Dear Member,
| Technology Grants for Rural Schools |
 |
|
Don't forget to tell your local schools about FRED's
Technology Grants for Rural Schools Program. The
grants are available to schools who wish to update their
technology and introduce new teaching methods to
enhance the learning process.
The grants, sponsored by the Rural Telephone Finance
Cooperative (RTFC),
range from $1,000 to $10,000. Thanks to the generous
sponsorship of RTFC, $50,000 is available to rural
schools this year.
Help your community by letting local schools know about
the program. See the link below. The 2010 application deadline is September 17, 2010.
